Jr. UX Designer - freelance
Get hands-on work experience and learn from a UX pro, working on some cool nonprofit projects! Arredondo Design is seeking a freelance UX designer to help with some upcoming projects in the nonprofit space.  Arredondo Design is a small UX Strategy & Design Consulting firm that creates UX strategy and experiences for a wide variety of experiences, from web platforms to mobile, and works with a wide variety of organizations, from enterprise to start-ups and non-profits.

Work is primarily offsite, but designer must be local to Seattle area for on-site meetings and working sessions.

Jr. UX Designer

• Experience designing for desktop and mobile website - experience with WordPress is a big plus!
• Must have solid production skills with Adobe Creative Suite and similar UX tools to provide clean, organized diagrams and illustrations to help communicate ideas clearly
• Have solid time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly and flexibly
• Have an interactive/UX-focused portfolio
• Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of web technology

• Experience with user-centered design process including: user research analysis, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes 
• Preferred additional experience in either user research or visual design
• Online portfolio is an absolute requirement
• As a freelancer, you will need to have your own laptop and software (adobe CS, or Sketch/InDesign)​
